Topic: Children have more and more tests and exams to do at school, sometimes starting from the age of 5 or 6, right up until the age of 18. What are the advantages and disadvantages of making children do exams?

Nowadays, study is becoming vital in life and a person who has high education will be respected from communication. Some people argue that many tests and exams have been done by pupils from 5 or 6 years old to 18 years old.

On the one hand, the exams which students do in school will bring many benefits for them in the future. Firstly, in the present, students must study many lessons which have been brought by the Ministry of Education so they have more and more theoretical knowledge. Therefore, schools bring exams such as 15 minutes tests, 20 minutes tests… because they want students can remember all the knowledge and they can test acquire knowledge that they study in class. Secondly, if pupils have more and more tests, they will take the opportunities to go to famous schools which need high marks to go there. For instance, in Vi?t Nam, they have a high opinion of exams which are extremely difficult and they want to choose pupils who have gained in-depth knowledge.

On the other hand, besides the advantage, tests also bring a lot of disadvantages in the life of students. Firstly, pupils will feel stressed about notification about the time that they have to do the exam so their health will be affected in the young age because they always study in the night as 3 or 4 pm. Moreover, students must be pressured by their father and mother or sometimes teacher because all individuals want to their children have high scores than the others and they can have stories to talk with their buddies that my children study better.

In conclusion, although more ad more tests and exams will make students become a good job in their life on the contrary we need listen from students that the schools should have decreased the test minimum.
