Task 2: In today’s world, private companies rather than the governments pay for and conduct most scientific research. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that private enterprises should invest money in scientific research, while other believe that authorities should carry out this. I personally with the former group.

On the one hand, scientific studies conducted by government leaders can be greatly beneficial. Those who are working for authorities have rigidity reflection for stable researches. In fact, the governments can assure the safety of scientific production which created by scientists and professors. Leaders have the guarantees for both sides to avoid unfortunately risks. Besides, the administration can predict problems and give timely solutions for natural disasters such as storm, global warming or even the crisis of economy. For example, AI has been developed in Vietnam in order to support governments in e - communicating activities, which pushing Vietnam up to the world.

On the other hand, I agree with the positive sides with studies come from susceptible. There is no doubt that entities have a profound potential in accumulating creative ideas, especially is these ideas made by genius. With executive professor foot, scientific researches might attract many other businesses fund for plans. Thus, owing to this, entrepreneurs have a financial wealth, they are likely suited for work in technology and science. Moreover, by getting wide budget, along with the innate passion, businesses can attain great achievement for human civilization. This, in the future might bring huge commercial profit for its country, particularly in international trade.
