As major cities around the world are growing fast, many problems occur. What are the problems that young people living in cities are facing? What solutions do you suggest?

The exponential growth in big cities resulted from the urbanization process happening all over the world, leads to serious problems that the young have to manage, including unemployment, depression in stressful office and loneliness. However, some actions can be taken to help young adults deal with these struggles.

On the one hand, many problems can be listed when thinking about young people living in major cities. First, in a competitive job market, young adults, especially those recently graduating from university or other kinds of institutes without any working time, can be judged as less competent candidates compared to other experienced employees. The situation might be worse when considering jobs that requires experiences as the main element such as human resource or management. Second, even those who already have a full-time and stable job in a brand company are facing with the stressful working time while there are few friends to share. The social network of young is small and unstable as young people are less thoughtful and more likely to be impatient and combative in an argument.

On the other hand, several solutions can be applied to solve the problem. First, the education system can cooperate with companies to open some practical courses for students since their first year in university. These courses might be interlaced with the lectures in the hall to ensure students can not only gain knowledge but also accumulate real-life experiences. Second, the non-profit organizations for the youth should hold many events as a chance for people to meet and communicate with each other. The money resource for those agencies can be funded by the government or other successful businessman.

In conclusion, though the youth has to fight many problems when they live in big fast-growing cities nowadays, there are many methods to address these problems, including building unique communication for them, early training, and the most importance is their own effort.
