Task 2 IELTS: Nowadays, with the help of technology, students can learn better. Do you agree or disagree ?

Nowadays, the appearance of technology brings many advantages for persons in many aspects, including studying. With the help of technology, it is said that students can learn better than ever before. I absolutely agree with this idea for two reasons below.

First of all, in schools, a period just lasts fourty-five minutes, so it's impossible for both teachers and students to teach and learn the whole lesson in particular. This makes students self-study at home. Therefore, technology has supported them a lot by providing online lessons and exercises.For instances, students only learn the basic theory about math's formula at school without doing exercises in one period, so technology gives them more mathematics to practice and have the basic lesson.

Another point could be that teachers could use PowerPoint to present the lessons, which helps students study easier. Instead of in the previous period, these lessons were taught on the board with many words, which is so boring and difficult for students to understand and keep its theories in mind. However, now with PowerPoint, these lessons are presented visually with a variety of sample pictures and examples, moreover, information and theories are presented under the list, which make students more interest in their lessons.

Personally I think nowadays students learn more effectively than ever before with the invention of technology. It provides not only useful information such as online theory or exercise but also tools like PowerPoint to present the lessons in a visual way. Thus, technology supports students very much in their education.
