In this day and ages, while many people think that, pursue higher education for academic study is the best choice of lots seniors, the others strongly contend that more students should be incentivized to take a course in career schools because of the dearth of skilled workers. Between two options, I decide to choose vocational training because of some benefits of this for the development of individuals and society.

The achievement of students in vocational training may ensure their success in the future. This means, upon graduating from career schools, students may have many job opportunities and seek employment easier than those with bachelor degree when unemployment become a hot issue in the social scene during the 4.0 technological revolutions. In Vietnam, for example, the unemployment rate of bachelor of economics was more or less 63%, which is the significant proportion as opposed to about 40% of the number of empty positions such as welders, turners, machinists in 2018.

Therefore, this policy may help to balance between two types of manpower: white-collar and blue-collar workers in society. Manual workers contribute to the growth of economy as much as white-collar do in the office. If a country lacks skilled workers, its economics may have negative effects. National electrical supply systems is not able to be operated well if there are not enough electricians for maintenance them monthly. As a result, factories and enterprises will be lost electrical power and effect directly on quality and quantity of products. This leads to damages for businesses in particular and economics in general.

In conclusion, labor markets are in a severe shortage of qualified workers; hence, encouraging youngsters to take part in trade schools are actually necessary to maintain the economic in good shape.
