Some people think that there should be some strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is argue that government should introduce restriction on noise pollution. While some people believe that they are entitled to make noise freely, I would consider that it will be better if there are some strict measures applied to control the noise.

On the one hand, there exists strong opinions supporting that people should be able to make as much noise as they want. The first reason could obviously be that people tends to feel more chilled-out and relaxed when they are engrossed in works or hobbies in sync with their favorite music even though those noise could disturb their next-door neighbors. In addition, numerous studies have consistently found that loudly music songs with funky rhythms can stimulate people's brains and make them work more productively. Second, some people often consider noise as an integral and indispensable part of industrialization and modernization process, therefore it is undeniable. For instance, in some metropolitan cities in Asia such as Beijing, urban citizens usually take engine and traffic noise for granted. As a result, they feel it is not essential to control noise.

On the other hand, I believe it is more beneficial to impose some laws to alleviate noise pollution. First, there is ample evidence to suggest that noise can have harmful impacts on humans' health. For example, a person might suffer from insomnia due to the noise from the nearby industrial zone. If this situation occurs in a long term, it will lead to the deterioration of his or her mental and physical health. Furthermore, to a certain extent. the productivity of work will be decreased as a consequence of noise. There are a lot of white-collar workers reported that they cannot fully concentrate on their jobs because of consistent noise of vehicles on the street.

In conclusion, it seems to me that regulations should be enacted to control noise level in order to enhance quality of our life. While some people would argue that they should own the right to make noise without any consideration.
