Question:

Some People Suggest That Children Do Not Understand The World Of Work And Schools Should Make All Teenagers Spend A Short Time Working As Well As Studying Academic Subjects. To What Extent Do You Agree?

Answer:

Studying at school is the crucial part in our life, especially for young generation also in the past and at present. But nowadays, there are many schools emphasize on studying academic subjects rather than spending time on working to widen their skills. From my point of view, I believe that beside having an extreme education, schools should allow their children to experience working as a part of the lessons for some reasons.

First of all, “ study goes as a pair with practice” . We are unable to study only theory and knowledge in books. Practice will help us to remember better and longer. Making mistakes is also seen the assessment how well they learn at school. Children have more chances in order to do it again until they are successful.

Secondly ,children should gain experience of real work. It will help us to improve our life skills which are very useful later such as communicate, deal with other problems and request; team - working, project management. If we use these proficiently, we will be more enjoyable when searching for job opportunities.

Last but not least, real work allows children to try many works, encourage us to figure out what wey passion and want to do, to become. We may find the job which is conformable , and then write our own plan for the future.

In conclusion, I agree entirely with the idea that schools allow teenagers to study and work at the same time. It helps them not only to find their passion but also to be successful in the future.
