Most people do not care enough about environmental issues .to what extent do you agree or disagree
with this statement?

While human beings are responsible for a variety of environmental damage, most of them pay no attention to the impacts of such enormous problems affecting their lives. So, I utterly agree that people are getting reckless about the environment.
Two significant damages caused by humans are pollution and waste. Some gases such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen monoxide and carbon dioxide, which are caused by exhaust fumes and gas emissions from factories, are increasing the intensity of global warming. Similarly, chemical waste and trash which are
thrown out by people contaminate the earth, which leads to the demise of so many creatures. To use a mostly-seen example, fish and seagulls’ bodies occasionally come ashore as a consequence of water
pollution.
Although the drawbacks of such contamination are influencing human lives, the world isn’t convinced enough to make any effort to alleviate these problems at all. Personally, I have met several people who believe throwing garbage in the streets creates job opportunities and brings benefits, especially to the street-sweepers, which I strongly disagree with. Not all waste can be cleaned completely from the ground before it influences plants and animals. Gums, small plastic materials and chemicals of low-level
toxicity are some dangerous items that are often ignored. In other words, the humans’ smallest beliefs or actions can leave a tremendous repercussion on all life cycles and each natural habitat.
In conclusion, we are facing several huge environmental problems that put our lives at risk but people are indifferent about them while they have to take steps to reduce the causes.
