TASK 1_BRICK PRODUCTION

Hello, this time I move to a different kind of Task 1 IELTS: process diagram. I would be grateful if you could read it and give me some advice. Thank you very much.

.

The process diagram illustrates various stages to make brick from clay.

Overall, there are seven stages in the production of brick, beginning with digging clay from the ground and ending with delivering the final products to other places. High temperature is one of the most important factors in the process.

First of all, clay is dug by a digger. Then, it is put on a metal grid, and it passes on a roller, where sand and water are added. Here, the primary form of the brick is made in two ways, either using a wire cutter or a mould. After that, the clay bricks are put in a drying oven for about one or two days. At the next stage, they are passed into a kiln with moderate temperature, about 2000C – 9800C. Next, they are continued to be heated with higher temperature in another kiln, at 8700C-13000C. Following that, they are put in a cooling chamber for two to three days to make the brick become hard. Now, the bricks are usable. Finally, they are packaged and delivered for use.
