TASK 1 (Table) Social and economic indicators for four countries

Hello teacher, I just wrote an essay for task 1 in the IELTS test. Please correct for me and give me a sample. It will be really useful for me. Thank you so much.

The table below shows social and economic indicators for four countries in 1994, according to United Nations statistics. Describe the information shown below in your own words.

Answer:

The table reported by United Nations statistics compares four social and economic indicators in four different countries including Canada, Japan, Peru, and Zaire in the year 1994. These four are annual income per person ($US), life expectancy at birth, daily calorie supply per person, and adult literacy rate (percentage).

Overall, the data for all four indicators were consistently higher in Canada and Japan. Also, Zaire was the least nation in terms of these four indicators.

Japan was the first-ranked nation having the highest values in three of the four indicators, $15760 for annual income per person (one and a half times compared to Canada), 78 for life expentancy at birth (2 percent higher than Canada), and 99 percent for adult literacy rate (the same as Canada). However, for daily calorie supply per person, Canada was dominated by 3326, which was about 17 higher than Japan in percentages terms.

Only before Zaire, Peru was in the third place for each four indicators. For annual income per person, Peru was one and a-fifth higher than Zaire (160 versus 130). Besides, there was a factor of 4 in terms of life expectance at birth between Peru and Zaire, while the percentage for adult literacy rate in Peru was twice as much in Zaire. Peru was slightly higher than Zaire in daily calorie supply per person, about 180 or 9 in terms of percentage.
