Meanwhile, the same data of radar and drifting buoy are radar screen and synoptic chart respectively. (That is not a correct description of this process. Pay special attention to the dark black lines. I have colored these lines to make them clearer on the diagram below. The information from the satellite is an image of the entire continent and surrounding ocean with clouds. (See the red arrow from satellite to the image.) The information for the radar station is also an image of clouds, but for the local area around the station. (See the red arrow from the radar station to the radar image.) Drifting buoys record wind speed, wind direction, temperature, air pressure, humidity and other meteorological data. Data from all three sources, satellite, radar and drifting buoys is combined on a synoptic chart. (See the blue lines from all sources that point to the synoptic chart. This chart shows the pressure isobars. This is the analysis combining all the data. )

Next, the collective data from three sources above is saved in a computer to prepare the broadcast. At the final stage of the process, the forecasting information is delivered to the public on television, radio or a recorded announcement.

Australia shows exclusive attention to Weather Forecast. As illustrated in the diagram above, there are four stages in the process: collecting, examining, organizing and transmitting.
The process begins with a collection of unprocessed information via three sources: Satellites, Radars and Drifting buoy. The incoming reports reviewed and foretold in designs of charts and photographs. First incoming information received by Satellite produced as Satellite Photo, an image of the entire continent and surrounding ocean with clouds; the same data can be passed to the Radar station and presented as a Radar screen.
Second incoming information is straight from Radar house presented as Radar Screen an image of clouds, but for the local area around the individual station, or a Synoptic Chart. Last, third incoming information from Drifting Buoy presented as Synoptic Chart record wind speed, wind direction, temperature, air pressure, humidity and other meteorologic data.
Finally, it conveys the data compiled and fed in a computer system to the public via Television, radio and recorded announcements. Giving the public a reliable Weather Forecast!
