The process flowchart illustrates the extraction of avocado oil.
Overall, there are six main stages in producing avocado oil. In addition, the unwanted materials are delivered to an avocado orchard to grow more trees.
The first stage of manufacturing avocado oil involves the selection of fresh fruits. And then they are washed and brought into a crusher and a blender. The avocado is removed the skins and seeds in the crusher while the blended materials go through two stages of centrifuge. The first stage is the removal of solid waste at the maximum temperature from 45 to 50 degree to yield the liquids. The second stage requires the removal of water, leaving behind the raw oil. The oil is then put into a filter, at which point the clarified oil is made and ready to be dispensed to customers.
Three ingredients that are removed during the extraction including rotten fruit, seeds, skins of the avocado and solid waste are collected in a container to the avocado garden to plant and fertilize trees.
