A glance at the line chart provided reveals the number of searches information received by the Tourist Information Office in 2011 in the city.

Overall, it is evident that the figure for inquiries in person, and by letter/email had an upward trend, while the opposite was remarkable for their counterparts.

In terms of face-to-face interview, initially although standing at a low of over 400 inquiries, its' value witnessed an exponential increase to reach a peak of 1900 inquiries on Jun. Following the similar trend, in Jan the number of references through telephone made up the vast majority of 900 inquiries. However, dropping by 100 inquiries, there was a rise to 100 inquiries on Mar and flattened off on the next month. Its figure climbed rapidly to 1600 towards the end of the period.

In stark contrast, the number of inquiries received by letter/email fell gradually from 800 inquiries on Jan to 700 inquiries 2 months later. Experiencing a decline to 400 on May, its value remained steady on the following month.
