I am as tall as she. I am as tall as she is. Are both correct? Which is the better sentence?

I have as many books as he. I have as many books as he has.

I have as many books as he does. He has as many books as I (do/have). Which are correct sentences? Which are better ones?

He is much taller than what I imagined he was. Is it correct?

More people buy this brand than the other brand. (1) More people buy this brand than they buy the other brand. (2) More people buy this brand than they do the other brand. (3) Are all the three correct? Thanks for your help.

Any of them are fine to use.
