Hello, everybody. I’m Wendy. I’m going to introduce myself to you.
First, talking about my personality, I’m talkative. I love sharing news with my friends the moment I hear it, and I always have an opinion on everything. I’m known to be the blabbermouth among my friends. In school, my teachers are tired of my talking too much in class. I am easily be ready with at least 5 answers for every question in an interview. There is no silent and dull moment when I am around. But, I am the glue that holds my group together.
Second, I’m an outgoing, friendly, and cheerful girl. I’m not afraid to seek out new experiences. I enjoy being very social and I have no problems making new friends. Even sometimes I make little fuss about details or do things in a careless way. My teacher, Claire, always reminds me of being tender toward others. However, it seems difficult for me to be a gentle and graceful girl.
Third, for many people, I have an enviable advantage of having an exceptional memory. I have a good memory so I learn more quickly than others. My photographic memory enables me to tuck away yards of facts. For instance, our teacher would give us a pop quiz on annotation, and I am always last-minute person cramming for the test. I still got full marks on the test.
And then, I want to tell you my current learning situation in EGRC class. Since I passed the selection test of EGRC, I have been becoming much busier than other students. Although I’m always up to my neck in schoolwork, still learned a lot of useful knowledge and new information from EGRC class. For examples, dos and don'ts on stage, how to express myself, writing skills, giving a speech, etc. In EGRC, I also enlarge the circle of friends by making new friends. If I have any questions or doubts on studying, I'll ask them for help because they are all very helpful. Attending EGRC class helps me learn a lot about teamwork, discipline, dedication and the rewards of hard work.
Last, speaking of my goal. As an EGRC student, it is the basic requirement to pass the elementary level test of GEPT. But I haven’t passed it. How shame! So, my goal is to pass the elementary level test of GEPT this year. Then, I hope that I can pass the intermediate level test of GEPT before getting into senior high school. That way, I will be able to live up to the appellation of “the student of EGRC.”
