I saw that video on Google some time ago... it's weird! LOL
My cat can only say "meow". I tried to teach her some English, but she doesn't understand the present perfect and I don't know how make it clear to her. And she can't even understand the basic modal verbs! So I think I'll just let her say "meow"...
