Talking about time - Have been and

Guys, a basic doubt have popped up in my mind some minutes ago.

I'm looking for a way to say that I'm in Dublin since February but without use the word "since".

Could you correct my sentences?

I'm living in Dublin from February.
There are about three months that I'm living in Dublin.

What is the best way to say it without "since"?

Best Regards,
Edson

These don't work. For a time period extending from the past up to the present you need a present perfect form:

I have been living in Dublin for three months.
I have lived in Dublin for three months.
