Talking about size

At a clothes shop, after being asked about size, which of the following answers are correct?

A- I usually wear a medium size,
B- I take a medium size.
C- I'm a medium size.
D- I'm medium size.
E- I'm size medium.
F- My size is medium.

Any other possibilities?

Is this for a class? if you are not being formal, most of those are okay. A- tells the person what you usually wear, but also shows that you are unsure whether that is the correct size right now B- tells the person that in general you buy mediums.
