Talking about family members

Hello everyone. If I want to ask my classmates about their family members and fill out the table below. Then how should I start?

for example ... Is it correct if I ask .....
Me: Javad, can you give me the name of a family member?
My classmate: Yes, Saeed is one of my family members.
Me: Who is Saeed?
My classmate: He's my uncle.
Me: How old is he?
My classmate: He's 35 years old.

Is it also correct if I ask ....
Me: Javad, can you give me the name of one of your family members?
