Talk vs speak in these sentences

Hi:

I'd like to know the difference between "talk" and "speak" in the following sentences, please.

- John spoke to Marry yesterday.

- John talked to Marry yesterday.

- The new managing director spoke about how to increase sales of the company.

-The new managing director talked about how to increase sales of the company.

- Nobody interrupts when I'm speaking.

- Nobody interrupts when I'm talking.

Somebody told me that SPEAK could be either one way or two way, but TALK is always two way.

One way or two way is accomplished with the prepositions "to" and "with." In these sentences, there is no difference between "speak" and "talk."
