Vocabulary

talk though and take through

Hello,
What is the difference between: "He talked/took me through the process of sending an email."?
It is a bad sentence, but I just want to know the difference between them.

There is nothing bad about these sentences. They are perfectly fine sentences in every possible way. The first would imply that, while you sat at the computer, he verbally instructed you about how to send an email, you doing all the typing on the computer, he never touching it.
