They are not correct. Remember that I is always capitalized in English. But that's not the main problem.

Ok.
How if I don't use either "that" or "which"?

The last time I saw her, she waved good-bye from a plane taking her away

I think it's wrong but I'm not sure

But

Why is this sentence correct" I hate a man asking too much" and "I noticed a girl wondering around"

Thanks

Those are all okay.

I don't much like the "I hate a man..." one - I'd say "I hate a man who asks too much" instead, but it's not wrong.

I think you mean wandering, not wondering.

The last time i saw her, she waving good bye from the plane taking her away

The last time i seeing her, she waving good bye from the plane taking her away

Is it okay, i mean those v+ing without the "to be" and no "which, who, that"

Thanks

No. You cannot use "verb-ing" with the subect as the main verb.

I was waving to her. I waved to her. I am waving to her. NOT: I waving to her. "I seeing her" is incorrect.

The last time I saw her, she was waving...
