This is a very strange concept to me. There is no word for it. You want the person to pour the water from the rim of the glass into his mouth, without letting the rim of the glass come in contact with his mouth? I would never say that to someone. If you must, ask the person to wash the glass when he is finished using it, but don't tell him to use it as long as he doesn't actually drink from it.
