Taken aback

Hi,

I am wondering if these sentences are OK:

I was completely taken aback by his reply.

Work on keywords that don't have Y MARK on it ( or Work on keywords that doesn't have Y MARK on it) Which one is correct?

I am restarting my computer again

I am rebooting again

I have sent an email to the distributor as saying that there is no problem with their services
