Hi,

1. Which of the following sentences is ok?

(a) I'd like to order two takeaway pizzas

(b) I'd like to order two pizzas takeaway

2. I hear that "takeaway pizza, etc." and "takeout XXX" are most common in BrEng and AmEng respectively, but...

I am curious if "takeaway xxx" is occasionally used in AmEng too.
