Take something with doubt?

Good day,

I'm looking for one or more expressions which mean that you >take something with doubt<. (I'm not even sure this very phrase is correct.)

I only know the idiom >take with a pinch/grain of salt<.

Could you help me with it, please? Thanks!

I've heard, "I'll have to take that under advisement" used sarcastically to express doubt, but I think the real meaning of that expression is to subject "the thing" to close scrutiny, or to study it deeply, or to seek professional advice.

Hi,
I'm looking for one or more expressions which mean that you >take something with doubt<. (I'm not even sure this very phrase is correct. It's not at all idiomatic. )

I often say 'I find that hard to believe'.

I've never used it, and would probably not. I don't remember hearing it.

I would say, "view (look at) something with doubt/scepticism."

I would "cast a doubtful eye" on something.
