Take proactive initiative

Greetings!

I got two questions about this phrase, which I am trying to put in my resume.

1. Shall I use this: Take proactive initiativeS ?

2. Take initiative or Take proactive initiative, which is better? I feel like "proactive" is kind of redundent here.

Thanks a lot for your time.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions.

How about I put it into the qualifications part of my resume like this?

Ambitious, energetic, competitive, take initiative(s), welcome new challenges

Which to choose?

BTW, do you think this phrase sounds normal?
