Take or give??

hi!!
I am confused about the usage of take and give in some sentences.
what do we say?
1) I have to take an interview tommorow.
2) I have to give an interview tommorow.

And is it correct to say "I have some work with him".

thanks!! In advance.

Personally, I don't use either one. " (Note the spelling of "tomorrow", by the way. " (depending whether I'm interviewing or being interviewed, of course) "I have some work with him" is correct grammatically, but without context, I'm not sure whether it's what you really want to say because it's a rather unusual sentence.

  • Maybe you mean, "I have done some business with him"?
  • It's hard to say unless you tell us more about how you want to use that sentence.

1. Your sentence "I want to be interviewed ..." may be longer, but it's much better.
I would say, "I'd like to do as many practice interviews as possible, to overcome my nervousness / to gain confidence."

2. We don't use the word "work" that way at all. You say instead, "I'm sorry I can't meet with you right now. I was just leaving to do an errand. You can come by later, thoug
