Take (on) sb's point of view

Hello!

Could you please tell me if "take on someone's point of view" mean the same as "take someone's point of view."

Is "assume" a good word in this context?

Thank You

None of that would be very clear even though all three forms are not bad English. In fact, I can't tell what you mean. A person's point of view is a complex personal phenomenon that no other person could possibly even know much less adopt, which is the word you're groping for, I think.
