Do all the following sentences have the same meaning?

(b) This road leads you to Lake Biwa.
(c) This road will take you to Lake Biwa.

More common in everyday English is

Better to say "This road leads to Lake Biwa."

That's equivalent to the "takes" and "will take" versions.
