TAKE ANY WORD

Dear Teachers,

1. Every time I talk to him about it, he justs say "we'll talk later". We both love each other but I don't know what happened to him because of his stupid game. He couldn't take any word so he asked to be single again.

- "he couldn't take any word" in this situation means "he couldn't listen to any word I say", correct?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

Stevenukd.
