In this e-mail, I'm trying to describle a problem to my technical department support. Please check if it is clear.

Dear Mauro.

I'm sending some pics of the cable that we were talking about.
Check with the supplier if he can find the correct s/p code with this pics.

In addition I need to inform that some XX2302 that we sold here in Brazil, came with this cable defective. The connector that goes to the control electronic card is damaged. I took a picture of this damage calbe, although the camera was not so good, (then the picture is not very clear) you can see the problem on the right wire and compare to the left. This minimun detail makes all the difference. Due to this the signal sent by the microswitch doesn't reaches the control card. As a result the control card doesn't unlock the keyboard panel.

Only one distributor has formally informed us about this problem. He reported four machines with this malfunction, with the followng serial numbers: 60087 – 60082 – 60072 – 60073 – 60078
