Vincent, in what situaton?

Someone comes over for dinner. You serve cake. They are ready to leave. You ask if you can send any leftovers home with them. "Please, take the cake. If it stays here, we'll all eat more than we should."

Is that what you mean?

Or do you mean "Please have a piece of cake"?
