There has been someone delivering a letter to the op-ed page maintained that if the terms 'Love from Taiwan' were marked by ourselves, it would sound like a bit sense of self-praise. If the terms were marked by the receiver, it would be OK. Therefore, he suggested that it should be marked as 'Taiwan Cares.' So, I ask for your advice.

Hi,

'Love from Taiwan' is fine. eg We commonly use it in a friendly way at the end of letters to family members or close friends.

My only concern is that it sounds a bit cheerful and casual to say to someone who has been the victim of a recent traumatic event.
