Tails and a grammar

Could someone please point me in the direction of a descriptive, or even comprehensive, grammar that deals adequately with "tails"?

Examples:

he's a real friend is jack

it's miles away, Bangkok is

I'm going to tell him what I think of him I am

There is no descriptive or comprehensive grammar. According to my calculations, it won't ever exist. I once thought it could exist though.
