Is it correct and natural to say 'tailored to fit'?

I need to get my pants tailored to fit properly.
The suit is tailored to fit my body.

'My body' seems to me to be stating the obvious. It sounds a bit silly.
More natural to me is
eg The suit is tailored to fit me.
eg My suit is tailored / tailor-
