Tag Subject

Hi, Do you know there is a website which narrates "Tag subject" in detail?

From time to time, I'm perplexed by the sentences just like:

I believe that he will pass that exam. Don't I or Won't he,

Which one ? Why?

Especially, I'm perplexed by the Tags in the sentences with "Noun Clause".

Thanks in advance.

I believe that he will pass that exam. Don't I or Won't he.

If I change the question to the negative, I think you'll understand better.

I don't believe he will pass that exam, do I?

I believe he will pass that exam, don't I?

He isn't hungry, is he?

He is hungry, isn't he?
