What of the following two options would you people think fits better?


1.- She speaks English, doesn't she?

2.- She speaks English, does she not?

Both are correct.

1.- She speaks English, doesn't she? This is casual, everyday English.

2.- She speaks English, does she not? This is fancier English, with a more emphatic tag.
