Tag question "has there"?

-Not that much time has passed since he hit us and ran off, has there?

1)Could you check whether the above sentence is right? Especially for that tag question “has there?”
2)If right, could you tell me whether I can use “hasn’t it” or “has it” instead of “has there”?

Thank you in advance for your teaching.

Only "has it?" is technically correct, but "has there?" doesn't sound completely bad either. "hasn't it?" won't work.

. . . . , has there? sounds totally wrong to me in that sentence.

I agree that has it? is correct, but neither tag sounds good to me at all. I would say right?
