TAG QUESTION

Hello, I have a question about tag questions.

You have heard that he is going to Japan, haven't you?

You have heard that he is going to Japan, isn't he?

At first thought, I think it would be "haven't you", but the key I receive writes "isn't he", so I am a bit confused at that point.

Thank you for reading my post
