Hi

Would you add a tag question to the statement below? And if yes, how would you add it?

Three possibilities came to mind:
You should have by now received the parcel, shouldn't you?
You should have by now received the parcel, have you?
You should have by now received the parcel, haven't you?

You should have received the parcel by now , shouldn’t you? I find this word order to be a lot more natural. The other tags are wrong.
