Tag question

I think authority will publish the accepted candidates name before scholarship announcement. Isn’t it? or wont it? or would not it?

What will be the tag question?

When you suggest that an authority is going to DO something, we expect that you're speaking about people (in the plural). " ("Candidate's name" needs an apostrophe. " (note the change in word order)

When you suggest that an authority is going to DO something,

we expect that you're speaking about people (in the plural).

We'd probably say, "The authorities will publish it, won't they?"

("Candidate's name" needs an apostrophe. OR, "candidates' names.")

Among your choices, I'd use "would it not?" (note the change in word order)
