Within a larger context it might be possible to assign some meaning to it, i.e., determine what was intended by this anomaly, but as it stands it's pure nonsense. Assuming there are no mistakes, and the sentence is truly as quoted

In the interpretations suggested above, such as Clive's, won't you? is not a tag question! It's a comma splice problem.
