Tag question

" she thinks that he was found guilty " in this sentence tag question " doesn't she or wasn't he" which one is suitable. sentences beginning with " I think " does not take tag question.

I think he was found guilty wasn't he? we can't say " don't I " what about the sentence above

"she thinks he was found guilty - doesn't she?"
It would be weird to use "don't I?" after "I think", because it would mean you're not sure of what you're thinking.
