Tag after "had better"

Hi guys .

Is it possible to say

- we had better go home, don't we ? or only 'hadn't we ? ' is possible

Only ' hadn't we? ' as a reflected verb. Other sorts of tags are possible, of course: We'd better go home, don't you think?
