0 I've never heard that one, but there are SO MANY expressions to say that. A couple sandwiches short of a full picnic, a few clowns short of a full circus, etc. etc.

0 I've never heard that one, but there are SO MANY expressions to say that. A couple sandwiches short of a full picnic, a few clowns short of a full circus, etc. etc. I just means that he's "incomplete" (mentally). 02 br
