This means 'to get married to a woman'.

There isn’t an awful lot of hits on Google for the phrase, and all seem to be from an exchange or site related to Pakistani or Indian people. Apparently, the phrase is found (almost) always as part of a joke circulating the Internet, which you can find here:

Of course jokes often use the double entendre, so we're not limited to a single meaning.

"To tackle a problem" is a very common non-physical usage.

How would you tackle a wife who does X?
