T pronunciation when preceded by an aspirated sound.

If i'm not mistaken (and please, correct me if am), when a "t" is preceded by an aspirated sound, i won't be aspirated too, such as in words like history and after. My question is: if that sound is in a previous word, as in "has turned", will the t be aspirated or not?
