T is up to the seller to address these issues

Hi,

Are my sentences clear and natural?

I'm not saying you didn't send the item, but that Yodel didn't deliver it. It's not the first time I've had problems with this courier and it is up to the seller to address these issues. As I stated in my previous message, I'd appreciate a refund or the same item, but this time delivered by Royal Mail, which I've never had problems with.

This is largely OK. I would put a comma after "courier". I would use "who" rather than "which".
