T and schwa elision

Which U.S. states or regions most frequently elide t as in Sana instead of Santa, and schwa as in tel-fohn instead of tel-uh-fohn?

I grew up in Michigan, and they used to elide the 't' in words like "winter" and "Santa", but not the schwa in "telephone".
